Manav is a serial entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience spanning HR strategy, talent transformation, and IT consulting. He has worked closely with global organizations to build scalable teams, strengthen leadership capability, and drive organizational growth.
He is the founder of KodeYoga, a talent and technology consulting venture that was successfully acquired by a US-based pharma startup. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping talent and organizational strategies for leading global companies including ThoughtWorks, T-Systems, and JP Morgan.

Luis Gutierrez

Luis Gutierrez is a senior technology and operations executive with more than three decades of experience leading global IT infrastructure and enterprise technology organizations across the banking, aerospace, and technology sectors. Luis held senior leadership roles including Managing Director – CIO Infrastructure Services at Deutsche Bank and Senior Director at Boeing, where he led large-scale global infrastructure and technology programs.
As a Board Member, Luis brings deep expertise in enterprise technology, global IT operations, and infrastructure strategy. His experience in managing large-scale technology organizations provides valuable strategic oversight as the company scales its technology and operational capabilities
